Virion Omalen

The kingdom of Huixedia is an old and powerful kingdom. Their origins date back to the start of the High Elves, and the first fall of the dark elves. For thousands of years, they were prosperous and mighty, known for their pursuit of knowledge not limited to both books and the arcane arts. As time progressed and the magic power seen by the high elves seemed to fade, becoming weaker with each generation. However, the magic within the dark elves only seemed to grow stronger. It was rumored that the dark elves were stealing the magic from the high elves and with that simple rumor a war broke out. Due to sheer numbers, the high elves came out on top. Those who survived of the dark elf community fled to all corners of this kingdom and the next. Though those that survived were so few in number they were considered extinct.

When King Halafarin rose to the throne he pardoned all dark elves and even went as far as to name Ellisar Omalen, a local dark elf mage, as his personal gaurd. To the public this was an amazing act, to see the two men who were publicly known to be good friends bridging a gap and bringing an end to eras long war.

That was why it came as such a shock when Queen Ashera was murdered by Ellisar. Immediately tried for his crimes and imprisoned in the castle Ellisar met his death only six years later.
