Despite being quite happy most of the time, his smile is rather unexpressive. His lips curl in, and form a weird neutral expression. People who know him understand it's because he hates smiling. Near the beginning of each month, his beard is shaved down to where the skin can be seen underneath. However, as the month progresses, it gets more full.
