History

Wimby was born from a sludge pool near the edges of Primordia two years ago. His father, an Emperor Tamarin, took him in and taught him how to weave textiles. Although his self-esteem is wounded from the bullying he endured from peers as a pup, his life has otherwise been uneventful since his birth.

Wimby is the near-splitting image of his other biological father, a Six-banded Armadillo that worked with Wimby's father. A dispute about work turned fatal when the Tamarin, enraged, grabbed a nearby rock and smashed the Armadillo with it. The monkey, ashamed at what he had done, dumped the body into the closest sludge pool and fled the scene.

The DNA from the corpse and the Tamarin's shed hair were the primary two ingredients the sludge used to make Wimby. The Tamarin was motivated to adopt Wimby partially out of guilt, partially out of the desire to control the secret and exploit his "ex-work partner" for his own gain. Wimby himself has no memory or knowledge of the event.
