Short and freshly cut. Blue similar to his skin; unkempt and messy from the waves in it.
Features
Solid androgynous features with shaped cheekbones, Alert eyes and high eyebrows. His canines are all sharper and longer than a humans and peek put from behind his lips when he speaks and smiles. He has no genitalia, but identifies as and has the figure of a male.
Has a large, rugged scar across his neck.

Phelnox was a native on the planet Emor. He was born and raised on this planet. He was born via a specific breeding program to ensure the highest quality guards and soldiers. Any who did not meet the expectations of their age bracket would be slain. The natives on Emor were just that way, contribute or die. A hard-core version of natural selection, many lacked morals and empathy. Phelnox excelled in his job; and at a unexpectedly young age was requested to be Emor's leader's personal guard. This position was visibly apparent by the intricate floral carvings in his skin. The only problem? He had morals and empathy. He hid these feelings and boundaries to stay alive; all the while being torn apart while he had to partake in executions of parents hiding children that hadn't been reported to the leader.
Phelnox knew his kind wouldn't survive at this rate. Just over his lifetime he watched a steady decline in his kind, he was unable to breed since he was bred via the security programme and his genetics had been altered to disclude such organs; this also helped keep his mind on his work but with the leaders mind more on protection and other breeding programs excluding such organs for the sake of productions it seemed they failed to see the dire state the population was at.
Now the natives of Emor had conducted plenty of research on earthlings. They had seedlings, even had fauna crated away kept alive via incubators. These.. earthlings intrigued Phelnox. After secretly observing them on his own he decided a pact with such a creature may be the only way to save his kind. He proposed this idea to the leader.
It... did not go well. It caused an uproar in the populace. The leader blinded by rage tried to have Phelnox killed - he almost did, but Phelnox managed to flee to the escape pod. Apparently this was just in time, the decline of the population may have been a contributing factor of the planet's downfall but the true cause was the bombarding of their planet by a rival race; Uruk's. Ironically the rival race had been waiting for an opportune moment of chaos to strike and iradicate the race. Phelnox barely escaped with his life.
The escape pod contained animals from his own planet as well as that of earth, as well as other basic necessities. It was.. a massive library.
After sealing his own wound he made his way across the galaxy and eventually ended up near earth. This is where his plan would take place. He observed them for years as he took DNA from fauna of his own planet and encapsulated them into pills. The hardest part? Doing it to himself, the process wasn't painless but it was necessary. In order to make sure the Emor technology wouldn't end up in the wrong hands after sending out the capsules and observing a while more he self destructed the escape pod; essentially killing himself.
It wasn't over though. Through his exact DNA he'd be reborn exactly as he was the day he died as one of the eggs with his memories hopefully in tact..
