Anjelica

From the waist up Anjelica makes a beautiful and elegant--tho otherworldly—woman. Her complexion is white but in the dark she glows faintly blue. Her eyes are normally black but in the dark they also glow blue. She has long white hair which shimmers iridescently, like tinsel, in the light. She has eyebrows and eyelashes which are also white. Her lips are blue and she lacks a pink undertone to her skin... But she has no gills or scales.

She wears a bra made of glittery crushed shells and has other adornments in her hair and on her person that she has made or received as gifts.

She is recognizably humanoid from the top of her head to the tips of her fingernails, to her bellybutton. But thats where that ends. Her lower body gracefully transitions into the bell/umbrella of a jellyfish. Then, instead of legs she has a jellyfish’s “oral arms” and mesmerizing tentacles. The tentacles always undulate in the current freely, as her hair does, stinging and sticking to whatever they touch. But she can move her “leg arms” at will.

She is different from mermaids and humans in many ways. But the comparison is there. It may disturb others to learn that she eats, reproduces and all that, like a jellyfish though, not through her humanoid top half.
