  Appearance

  Etzli is well recognized for his lengthy blond hair and bright blue eyes. He has a short stature and a thin frame.
  A very notable trait with Etzli are the mouths in the palms of his hands which he uses to collect blood samples during battle, which he requires for his abilities. New bodies do not possess these until he has taken a few victims, which he usually chooses for their teeth.
  At the moment, Etzli occupies a new body and so has no notable flaws. However, as time passes, he tends to replace body parts with better ones that may have some special power to it.
  
  
  

  Mental

  Psyche: Etzli has a slew of mental illnesses. He's sociopathic, cannibalistic, egotistic, sadistic and has very strong desires to kill. He loves children, but mainly because he thinks they're tastey. He perceives most people as potential victims and hates people with powers that he desires. In most cases, he will persue these people until he makes their power his own. Etzli also has a super Ego and does not believe himself capable of failure. Because he has survived death on many occasions and because of his medical and spiritual abilities, he feels he is pretty much immortal and is so not afraid of death or injury.
  Personality: Etzli is extremely outgoing and has no concept of personal space, sarcasm or metaphor. He seems very friendly, ditzy, and borderline retarded. He enjoys pranks and practical jokes. If he has gone for extended periods without the taste of blood, he tends to get a bit manic and fidgety unless he can occupy his mind.
  Intelligence: Despite his personality, Etzli is extremely intelligence and VERY knowledgeable of the various systems of the body. He has full knowledge of the nervous system and can cut signals to various body parts to effectivly paralyze a person. He has been known to create living creatures from body parts and brain tissue. His favorite is Mr. Handsy; a hand with the brain of a squirrel, an eyeball, and sometimes a mouth, good at nothing more than collecting small items, like keys.
  

  Powers:

  Power Theft - As it sounds, Etzli has the ability to steal inborn and natural powers. In his original world (the Naruto-Verse) this meant bloodlimits. In the more expansive universe this means mutations (X-Men), Jedi powers (Star-Wars), or any other power or ability that is not based oon knowledge (such as magic, but the ability to USE magic could be taken).
  Powers acquired in this fashion are usually not as potent as the original user's. New powers are often difficult to control or utilize. However, with practice and time, Etzli has the intelligence and physical discipline to master most of what he obtains.
  Combined with his medical ability, Etzli is also capable of implanting powerful body parts within himself. For his original use this generally meant eye-based powers like the Byakugan or Sharingan.
  
  Body Theft - Etzli possesses the ability to trade bodies at will. However, it requires a weak will for him to dominate and push out the original user so this is not useful against most adults. This is often used when faced with death. This is not an optimal option for him as he loses any and all acquired powers in the process.
  While his spirit is bound to a body, he requires physical contact with another to transfer his spirit. However, once his body is put to death, he is capable of traveling in a spirit form to find a new body to possess and dominate. In most cases, this is a child or unborn.
  Regardless of what body he is in, Etzli always possess the Body-Theft and Power-Theft abilities. These are bound to his spirit and not his physical form.

  Background

  The Naruto-Verse
  Etzli was born in a small village known as Chigakure, The Village Hidden in Blood. Since his birth, the village has been lost to war and erased from history. Etzli played a large roll in the fall of his village; or, more accurately, his father did. Etzli's father was a very skilled medical-ninja who experimented on both the living and the dead to further his knowledge of the human body. He included Etzli in these so that he could understand the body and someday further his own works.
  When his father discovered Etzli's unique ability to absorb bloodlimits and powers from the ingestion of blood, he had an idea to dominate the known ninja world and wipe out war... by creating a super-powered ninja that would destroy them all should war break out. Not the greatest plan, but it's what he had. Because of this he began feeding Etzli blood samples of all the village's Ninja. Being the resident doctor, he had access to them all. He then roamed for some years, collecting more from other villages under the guise of teaching his medical knowledge and techniques. By 14, Etzli was a force more powerful than any two nations.
  Under his father's orders, Etzli took out a large number of powerful factions and individuals as a show of dominance and power. This included the Ryoki and Kidan clans, two of the strongest factions at the time. By his 15th birthday, war had broken out; the world VS Etzli. Though there were many casualties, Etzli was eventually overpowered and killed.
  This did not end his terror, however, as he found himself within a new body, as opposed to the afterlife. As he was unrecognized, he watched the fall of his village as all members were put to death and the village burnt. His father's labs were not discovered and he managed to reaquire a good deal of the old abilities he held. Since his father taught him little more than domination, he soon returned to the persual of such. With his new body, he acquired power and a second war by the age of 9. However, he was not as strong as he was the first time and was again overpowered, much more easily.
  This time, they figured out his secret of revival and, instead of a death sentece, they banished him to an alternate dimmension, a feat that was by no means simple for their most powerful teleporters.

  Xaviers Institute
  When Etzli regained consciousness he found himself, again, in a new body and this time, a new dimension. This world was inhabited by a new kind of powerful force, people who called themselves mutants. Excited by the sheer volume of individuals and the power possessed by them, Etzli again went into on a collecting spree. Power was quickly accumulated as it was everywhere, but his methods were also quickly taken notice of. Less than a three months after his arrival, the Xavier insitute declared him a threat.
  Etzli's first incarnation in this realm was dispatched by the infamous Wolverine. When Xavier took note of his rturn within another form, Nightcrawler took the liberty of dumping him within a dimension of fire and brimstone, where he could do no harm.

  Brimstone and Fire
  Etzli was completely unprepaired for a stint through Hell. With such a vast difference in the power between his first incarnation in this realm, and the inhabitants of the dimension, he found it difficult to acquire power. He was stuck in this realm for 30+ years, tortured and tormented, until he managed to take possession of a local. After 7 years of endless war and body-swapping, he found an opportunity to escape; this dimension used by Nightcrawler was used by another clan member of his own world, where the monsters of this dimension were summoned into battle. He managed to escape into a battlefield, where he took over a member of the deceased using a ressurection jutsu.

  Back to the Naruto-Verse
  Having managed to find his way back into his own dimension, Etzli discovered that more than 100 years had passed and his existence and his village were completely forgotten. Agitated by being so easily forgotten (that not only he, but his family and his entire village were gone from history almost entirely), he set upon a plan of revenge. Older and wiser than before, he had the power of forethought and decided to take thing slowly.
  He took up residency in Konoha where he found many powerful beings. He took interest in a member of the Hyuuga clan and took regular pleasure in tormenting him after having taken claim to one of his eyes. After a run-in with the akatsuki he acquired the powers of Hidan, as well as Deidara, Kimimaro, and various others. His presence became a thing of interest and research began into his history where his origins were discovered and a revolt took place before he could regain power. He was, again, banished from their world.

  Another New Universe
  This time Etzli found himself outside a school. Tired of the same paths and fates, he opted to settle in for a while and 'vacation.' He attended school regularly and became knowledgable in more than the various systems of the human body. He met an individual who wanted to help him become a god and exact vengence upon his old dimension. Unfortunately, he was killed before this could come about. External forces came about the universe and by no fault of his own, the universe was wiped from Existence and Etzli, again, found himself dumped elsewhere.
