    If you believe what Jessamine says, which you shouldn't, he had a well adjusted childhood with well adjusted parents. There's not much of his past that he'll openly talk about, preferring to keep most, if not all, of it close to his chest. He will, however, tell someone what his parents did for a living when they ask, even if their names change depending on his mood, the time of day, or how much he does or doesn't like you. His father was an engineer for a now defunct tech company, and his mother was a cop. Or was she a detective? He always seems to forget.

    Anything that anyone knows about him, is information gained through observations by the people around him in the little port town he's made his home for the last five years. He lives in a small apartment on the east end, near the docks, and he'll do whatever job you pay him for. Need someone tracked down or followed, and you don't want to pay for a private investigator? He'll do his best, but he won't promise results. Need your living room painted? It'll be done by Sunday.

    He frequents a bar named the Pearl and Stone, of which his apartment sits above, he's often seen wandering the local park, or he's smoking a cigarette in the alley beside the bar.

    Jessamine is an average sized man, with a less than average face. Softly angular features, framed by long, dark, wavy hair accentuates the permanent scowl. Pal blue eyes, piercing and bright, are separated by a long, jagged scar that runs from his left temple, down to the right corner of his jaw. He's seen constantly wearing a pale greyish blue button up, burnt orange tie, dark jeans, combat boots, and a brown leather duster. His clothes look as if he's never seen an iron, and his hair like he's never seen a brush or comb.
