    Rouxls Kaard, the Duke of Puzzles: a Darkner from the Card Kingdom, the Rules Card in the Light World. Very egotistical and incompetent at puzzle-making, his simple puzzles normally consist of a single box that must be pushed once toward a pressure plate. His complicated puzzles, however, require you to push the box twice. SPOILERS FOR DELTARUNE CHAPTERS 3 & 4 AHEAD, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: In chapter 3, Rouxls enters a love triangle alongside Elnina and Lanino, the hosts of the weather channel. Interestingly enough, he does not appear in chapter 4's Dark World, maybe because it is a very serious part of the story.
