Description

Judging from this fellows gaudy clothes and extravagant accessories, he is a scoundrel without equal. Bright blue silk shirt, over which rests a dusty black travel coat, buttoned at the bottom adorn his torso. He wears simple cotton breeches and scuffed black leather boots, tarnished gold buckles go without saying. He wears several gold and silver rings with all manners of jewels set in them on his fingers as well as some bands of gold around his forearm at the wrist. His black hair hangs loosely, jaw length and tousled, parted in the middle to either side and cut short in the back, and, no surprise, a goatee on his chin.
