• Biography

  Born Ai'Loki to two ancient Draconis in a time long past, she lost her parents shortly after hatching. She was raised primarily by her older sister, whom later, she found isn't even blood related. Their childhood was spent with elves, their Elven names (Oria and K'Litha, respectively) being used more than their Draconis ones, as their humanoid forms are naturally that of Elven descent. The two girls are two of the last surviving females of their species and the males seeking them out can be very... aggressive with their attempts at owning a female Draconis.
  
  At 11, Ai'Loki and Ithildin (her sister) were spirited away to a special place to learn to use their magic abilities. Their memories were repressed and covered with false memories to make them think they were always human. They were also given human names- Kenly and Mary-Jo (MJ for short). While attending the secret school, MJ became involved with one of their teachers. It wasn't until after their years at the establishment that Kenly would fall in love-for the first time-with one of her previous teachers as well.
  
  At birth, both girls had been betrothed to prominent members of the elven council. When they got all their memories back, the men came in search of them, to 'claim what was rightfully theirs'. Kenly rejected her suitor, subsequently driving him close to the brink of madness. The elves take betrothals with the Draconis very seriously. Her sister, on the other hand, struck a compromise with her suitor, sharing herself between him and her current lover, the teacher.
  
  After being involved with her previous professor for a few years, he proposed to Kenly and they were married. They lived happily in a shared home with MJ and her lovers for quite a while, a few other significant people coming and going into their lives over the course of a few years. One of those people would play a very important role in Kenly's life.
  
  This person happens to be a vampire named Duryn.
  
  When Duryn came into the picture, Kenly was happily married. He became enamored with her, much to her husband's great dissatisfaction. He would bring her gifts and lavish her with attention when her husband was away. The amount of time they got to spend together grew as her husband was continually called away more and more, along with MJ's former teacher turned lover. They never talked about their business when they returned home, so neither woman knew what drew them away for longer and longer periods of time.
  
  Over this time, Kenly finally gave in to the vampire incubus and allowed him into her bed. After that first night, she realized she was, indeed, in love with the man. She also knew it had nothing to do with his blood lineage.
  
  When her husband found out, he was (naturally) livid. He demanded she never see the vampire again. Duryn tried helping by explaining to Remus what he was-an incubus as well as a vampire. If he so wanted it, no woman (as he prefers women to men) could resist him. He needs to feed off of the unique energy lust and sexuality creates. She was practically putty in his hands. Obviously, this didn't help the vampire's cause. It did, however, help re-direct most of the werewolf's anger to the vampire rather than Kenly.
  
  Shortly after this, Kenly found out she was pregnant. After having the special doctors she and her sister have examine her, it was declared that Duryn was the father, not Remus. This, again, caused a problem. Remus was about to forbid Duryn from ever having contact with Kenly again. She finally stepped in and put an end to it, saying it was unfair to deny Duryn his own child, regardless of them being married or not. Remus left in a dither and was gone much longer than he had ever been. When he returned, he had calmed down and finally admitted that, even though he was so angry he saw red about the whole situation, it wasn't fair to refuse the other man his own offspring.
  
  He also begrudgingly agreed to try and live as MJ and her lovers did-in relative acceptance of the other parties of the relationship.
  
  When she was about six months or so along, Kenly and MJ found out (the hard way) that there were male Draconis in their city, looking for them. The men in their lives decided to hunt these other men down and stop the problem at the source. The girls were instructed to stay home, out of harm's way. Being who they are, they couldn't just sit around and after the men left, they used their natural abilities and magically disguised themselves, heading into the city to the areas they knew would attract the type of people they were looking for.
  
  They got into a scuffle, unfortunately not dispatching their would-be kidnappers. They managed to make it back to their home, unaware that they had been followed. When the men returned, the villains attacked, kidnapping not only the women, but the men as well. They had done their homework well and knew how to incapacitate each individual appropriately. These fiends made the men who loved them watch as they repeatedly raped and tortured Kenly and MJ over the course of days.
  
  Kenly, being the weaker of the two sisters, wasn't able to endure as much as her sister. Especially not while being with child. One thing eventually led to another and the men got free. The wizard, the werewolf, the elf, and her sister dispatched of their captors in very painful, very violent manners.
  
  While they took care of the degenerate reprobates that dared call themselves by the once-noble species of Draconis, Duryn tended to Kenly. He was beside himself to find that if he did nothing, she would surely die. At the same time, he knew if he did the only thing he could, he would lose his child, and the only possibility of him ever having offspring, since they were still bewildered as to how he was able to help conceive a child in the first place.
  
  He decided to take the lesser of the two evils and chose to turn her. He knew Remus would probably hate him more than he did already, but he also knew that if he didn’t, they would lose both woman and child. He could hardly move, himself, being staked to a wall for days on end with no blood intake. As gingerly as possible, he spirited the nearly dead woman away to one of his many resting places around the city. In the seclusion of his haven, he turned her.
  
  Kenly was a remnant for a while, going almost completely feral from the traumatic circumstances surrounding her death and re-birth and the loss of her child to the horrific conditions of her body and the purging of life from it. The only one who could get through to her for months was Duryn. She finally came to herself and returned home, a changed woman, in more ways than one.
  
  Due to the fact that she was in disguise when she was turned, she retained her looks in normal form. She can change back if she wants to, but she’ll never be able to remain in her ‘original’ form again. For all intents and purposes, her raven ringlets and smoky purple eyes are now what she looks like. She is also a succubus, along with being a vampire, because Duryn passed his lineage on to her, being her sire.
  
  When she returned home, she had to re-learn who everyone was. Things haven’t been completely right between her and Remus since. She has more of an emotional attachment with Duryn now.
  
  After a time of being back to normal, so to speak, she was left home alone with MJ’s former teacher turned lover. Everyone thought she had her succubus tendencies under control so they assumed it was fine to leave her alone with a male other than those she was emotionally attached to. It turned out that she in fact did not have it under control. One thing led to another and the two of them ended up in bed together. She got pregnant from this.
  
  Again, everyone was baffled as to this happened, with her being a vampire now. However, she was able to carry this child to term. She had a healthy baby girl whom they named Tiri Hope. Tiri is an enigma all of her own. Her growth accelerated from birth, causing her to be, developmentally, a five year old. Chronologically, she was only a few months.
  
  She’s also a prophetic child. Her mother loves her dearly, no matter what. Duryn has taken a special shine to the child as well, as he feels she should have been his.
  
  Currently, Kenly is pregnant once again. Again, by Duryn. It was his ‘parting gift’, so to speak. His last act as a mortal (details of this situation can be found in Duryn’s history).
