  Being 100% feral she is unable to speak or transform. Eventually I'd love to run a plot of Phu becoming a human(or anthro) with the ability to switch from one to the other. Give it a magic pendent from someone, or someones curiosity to see what she'd be like as a person.   It would be nice to have a digo for this chara that is close to a dog. A foxen, wolven, any sort of canine looking feral digo would be amazing! A year or life donations for her would be outstanding and if you have one about to expire I'd gladly use it.
