    Hi. Call me James. I'm an ODST. We fight to keep you safe.

    The Covenant threat is steadily growing with each passing day. More human planets are being evacuated. Planet after planet is being burned. I don't know much about the situation, but I know that Reach is next. The Covies are fast and strong. They have weapons unlike anything you've ever seen. They take down highly trained Marines with ease. That's why the ODSTs are here. We come in as the cavalry.

    Unfortunately, I'm not sure even we can handle the Covenant. Energy swords, beam rifles, Hunters, Banshees... My friends and I have almost been killed a number of times, but never by something this powerful. This massive force is so incomprehensible.

    I'm a sniper. My job is to cover my fellow ODSTs with death from nowhere. It takes a lot more to kill the aliens than it did to take out Innies. They have some kind of special armor that can take lots of hits before they're even hurt.

    I've been deployed to New Mombasa recently. Let's hope the Covenant don't glass it like the rest of the human planets...
