• Description

  Reilo has no real corporeal form, but can take on a form he/she has observed and understands. She/he often will take on a preferred form or look, since it's up to her/him. When incorporeal, he/she can alter area temperature and air pressure. She/he can travel at unimaginable speeds (teleportation). He/she keeps the galaxy's laws of nature in order, so can 'shepherd' planets in subtle but effective ways. He/she may also warp time ever so gently, lest it tear. Prefers not to tamper with time. However, her/his abilities are dampened if not nullified when in a corporeal form.
  
  He/she is the ‘shepherd’ of the galaxy. His/her job is to visit new stars, planetary systems and be sure there is relative peace and order within the laws of nature. He/she combats black holes, which often threaten galaxies. He/she makes sure everything is in order.
  
  Whenever a galaxy is born, so is a shepherd to guide it and watch over it along its path in the universe.
