  Haishio and some other Genin figured it'd be good to compare notes and create their own set of books, like the Jounin have, shared amongst Genin Shinobi in the Highmountain area. Anyone is free to contribute information about any ninja, or even places or events! All shareable info is good.

  Rogue Ninja Alliance - Gentetsu the Flameblade; Hiratu the Waterfall; Gebrizu of the Blades; Kekato of the Silent Scream; Medori Grasskiller. Recently joined by the ex-samurai known as Telen Maharal and multiple other rogue ninja (few of which are any stronger than Genin level). If encountering any of the above named rogues, run on sight.

  -Shato Winding River - Previously a Winding River ninja who may have left the Valley to confront the Rogue Ninja leaders. Assumed captured or possibly killed well over a month ago, he has been recently encountered by a Genin team while on a mission, and opposed them on behalf of the rogues. It is unknown if he is currently an independent rogue, or working with the rogue alliance, but he refused to return to the Valley, and used non-lethal force to keep free.
  
  -Hiratu the Waterfall - Has fought 2 Sannin simultaneously to a draw before. Able to create water to use with water techniques without a nearby water source. Also known to use Inetsu martial arts, though supposedly only at a chuunin level of skill. Confirmed to have immense amounts of chakra, and has superior chakra control.
  
  -Shadowheart Sanin - Leader of the Valley.Tall with dark hair and the Shadowheart Sannin ceremonial mask. Sharingan with unknown modification. Has proven to have mastered an incredible number of techniques, possibly hundreds. Has been known to defeat opponents with Illusion alone.
  
  -Telen Maharal - An exiled ex-samurai who has learned ninjutsu from somewhere. In recent years, he has fought furiously with all Valley nin encountered. He is a supremely physical combatant and a Jinchuuriki. Has been confirmed to have killed a member of the current Emperor's immediate family. Also, it is confirmed that he once held the position of Imperial Executioner, often reserved for those who were a runner up in swordsmanship for the position of Imperial Champion.
  
  -Vedantin Deep Waters - Recently retired Sannin of Deep Waters Family. More Ki than any other observed Sannin. Was previously the Weaver Sannin of Winding River. Records do not indicate that he is exceptionally strong, so he may have suppressed his ability while in the valley.

  Flame Pillar Transport: Circle of Fire (Jounin, Fire, Standard):Ki=10xr/20+5r/3s+3s/3s=Creates a massive pillar of fire as small as 10 foot radius around you, as large as 20 foot radius, in a pre-prepared circle. The intense flames deal 4P6 to anything passing through them, and are hot enough to reduce the damage of water attacks by 4 damage, dealing full damage to water defenses. The Pillar may only be conjured where enough space exists, and cannot take up the space of another person. Space distorts inside the pillar, temporarily transfering you and a number of people you've named (up to double your Spirit [or Technique Stat]), to another pre-prepared circle up to 500 miles per point of Intelligence you have, where the flame will appear for a full turn on the other side before disappearing. The pillar protects and wards you from effects on the plane of fire during the trip, lasting an extra turn per 200 miles travelled in the real world. +1r=+2p2 damage to anything passing through the flame, and creates a circle at the visualized ending point instead.
