  Languages: Latin, Draconic, Common; He often melds the latter two, speech mingling into more of a Dracommon. He'll say something in one language and either summarize or emphasize a previous statement in the other.

  Scent: The crisp scent of an oceanic breeze, with the hint of blood.
  
  

  Unique Attributes

  Eyes/Third Eye: Black with red streaks in the iris. His eyesight is at its best in the dark, though he has very limited color vision.
  

  Vision

  A believed cost for his outstanding vision in abysmal depths and pitch areas. He suffers from a color blindness comparable to Tritanopia.
  
  
  It is quite severe, leaving him mostly only able to perceive red and blue light. Natural red and blues, however, are extremely vibrant to him and appear over saturated.

  
  
  
  His third eye isn't some psychic ability. It isn't even really an eye at all, but a sensitive organ that allows him to perceive and detect sources of heat when opened.
  
  

  Venom

  He shares many traits with the Pterois(Lionfish)species in both forms. While his fins do not support the same venomous properties as the species of fish he takes after, his blood does. The level of risk concerning his blood is virtually non-existent unless one were to ingest it. Mild irritation and redness may occur on the effected area in certain people who have come in direct contact with the blood. If it does enter another's system a wide variety of symptoms may be felt such as Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Extreme Pain, and Fever, among other things. Rarely and thus far never has it produced fatal results.

  
  
  Bioluminescent markings: The white portions of his body brighten and dim naturally, though they can and will also be effected by his current mood and actions.
  

  
  
  
  
  Being recently removed from the being that gave him something of a conscience, the link is now severed and he, for the first time, thinks for himself. Goals and objectives are no longer existent, and he is currently searching for purpose. Interactions are expected to differ dramatically from person to person and time to time.

  
  

  Abilities

  
  Water Manipulation: He is a water elemental dragon, and water itself is apart of his being. He can manipulate it to his will ( Think like water benders from Avatar ) on a small scale.
  
  Dragon Form: Like all dragons from his world, their true form is a dragon. Though he does not utilize his as often, he does possess the form like the rest.
  
  Cold Oriented: He is an Ice Lymphanian. He can withstand the harshest winters and most extreme cold climates. He also incorporates his cool technique into his basic water manipulation. Ice breath, ice spikes, but he is more notorious for simply making weapons or coating his fists in dense ice for a fight. That being said, his body cannot handle excessive heat. Temperatures exceeding even 130 degrees Fahrenheit will be enough to weaken him and potentially kill him if he is unable to cool off. Unlikely to happen as long as he has a decent source of water near.
