• Description

  Gossamer was not always a single person, she was at one time the twin sisters Silk and Widow.
  
  Widow: A headstrong and empowered young girl with short black hair in red highlights and lavender-tinted eyes. She has control over "Wild Metal". That is, she can rise dangerous metal spikes from the ground, as well as raise metal platforms for herself. The highpoint of her ability is to create and attack with a metal construction crane she can operate remotely with magic.
  
  Silk: A timid girl with pure white hair in pigtails. Her eyes are a subtle glowing red, but she often keeps them closed and learns to manuver without them because any cognizant being that looks into her eyes will go into an irreversible self-destructive state of madness. She possseses strong barrier magic as well.

  When her father discovered his children had powers and had them tested, he used the Chimera Chamber to combine the two girls into one so he would be less responsible. The new hybrid human had black hair in pigtails, and soft red eyes now void of the madness effect. She was small and pale, Silk's body with Widow's features.
  
  She wears a black Gothic Lolita dress, a top hat with one half black and one half white split diagonally, black stockings, and black buckle shoes.
  
  She was frightened, and unable to remember anything of her collective pasts. She escaped from the lab as quickly as possible, and after a time was taken in by a once-famous explorer who now ran a world-famous museum. Her new task was to guard The Orb of Dismay, a lustrous spherical treasure made from wood from Pandora's Box. The sphere is said to be able to absorb souls, and though it's been sealed it has to be guarded carefully because it's highly sought after by thieves.
