  Eyes, swirled with various hues mimicking abalone shells beneath soft teal waves of hair. Strands drifted over smooth skin woven over sharp features, the unusual points of his ears peaked through like a rock in the waves. Over the years the boy taught himself to move like the current he loved so much. Lean build housing just the right hint of muscle to dance, entrance, and fight whenever needed. When dry he moves along his elegant legs gracefully carrying him through the world. Add water and his waist down becomes a shimmering tail, teal scales drift from his waist down until they frame his sea foam colored fin.

• Biography

  The kingdom had prospered for many years, booming population, wealth beyond measure. When the accords where struck with the sea people, the climb to power was secure. Population fed with the wealth of the sea, riches lifted from the deepest parts of the world ensured none went without. The island nation prospered, impervious to naval assault with its deep ocean allies. All was kept in balance until Arciel ruler of those wondrous lands slipped. During a council summit he fell for one of his allies from the waves, their passions secretly lead to the birth of the prince Valencius. The king and queen put on a show to cover his origins, his real mother even playing a long his entire life. The accords forbade a union of species, the island would have fallen to ruin without its' allegiance to the sea.
  However no secret lasts forever... The kingdoms greatest ally, was the boys' worst fear. A single drop of water would reveal his true nature. One afternoon he lost himself, the dreamy green eyes of his crush dragging him further and further from the castle as a storm gathered, unseen off shore. Reaching a spot deep in the wood they rolled around laughing...Their only warning was a single crack of thunder before the down pour began. Valencius tried his best to find shelter but none come that was good enough. And there in his lovers arms he fell, nimble feat forming into a single glimmering tail. It took moments for the boys' screams to attract a patrol....and the secret became public knowledge. The halfbreed prince was put on trial, the very existence of his kingdom pending the choices made over his life. The decision was struck to keep the peace amongst the two worlds...The boy would be pronounced dead on land and sea, bu would be sentenced to exile for the whole of his everlasting life.
  With nothing but the clothes on his back he set off for the mainlands. The boy of 22 quickly learning what it took to survive, hard work, theft, service....Whatever he had to to he did.
