• Personality

  Damien has always been known as the reclusive type. He minds his own business, and often stays out of the business of others even when it seems to be pushing its' way into his own personal space. He's no longer the hot-headed, and emo boy he had been all that time ago. No longer does he go looking to start a fight with anyone that says a bad word about him, and merely ignores it- He has better things to do with his time than to bother with the idiots in the world or with those who don't have respect for their fellow man. He's a realist by nature- in order to believe something it needs to be seen or done, otherwise he may; more often than not- take the pessimistic views on things unless it is feasible, and only hope for the best. Rarely- if ever, will he be optimistic.
  
  Some would say he's a mysterious, and handsome man- one that keeps his personal life, and his life as a Geneticist completely separate from each other. Others would suggest he was the passionate type, putting all of himself, his time, his interests, into his work- and dragging his family into it to gaze at the phenomenon that is the mutant genome. While those that don't know him, think he's quite the workaholic prick. All of these are correct- while at the same time... none of them are. Damien is quite the mysterious fellow, mainly because he keeps his story to himself, his problems don't need to plague anybody else, so he's not going to make anyone feel bad about his predicament by telling them what a nasty rut he's in and if he is handsome- he doesn't acknowledge such, beauty is a bonus only to intelligence. In the other hand, he is quite passionate with his work to the point of being a workaholic, but he's only a prick when disturbed in the middle of an experiment, writing something down, or observations- and only when a person can't seem to take the hint that he would much rather be left alone with his samples rather than spend time talking to them. He will not- In any way, force his work onto his child, though he does like chatting with her about it if she asks, he will never expect her to become a scientist, or try to shove his geneticist ways down her throat.
  
  As a father, Damien is quite caring, open-minded, positive-thinking person and Fae has him wrapped around her little finger. He's quite the doting father, often turning his full attention to his daughter when she requires it. There has been a time or two, when she's wanted to spend time with him, and he had to turn her away for a short while so he could get far enough into his work that it would be okay to stop. She is the only distraction he will permit when it comes to his research, and spends every moment she wishes to spend- the way she wants to spend it. He's dressed up in bonnets before, and let her do his fake make up for tea parties, he's played the loyal steed to the valiant Hero-Princess, he's allowed her to tie him up and lock him away in jail as the sheriff of the house, etc. Fae is his precious little girl, and he only wants one thing for her in life... for her to be normal. After that, it doesn't matter- the sky is the limit!
