    Biography: Rembrandt Torres, or as he is more often known, DJ Streamline, is a very cheerful and positive individual, but he is very serious when he needs to be, although it is still rare to see him without a confident smirk on his face. His favorite music type, as you might have guessed, is electronic, particularly techno, rave, and trance, with a few dubstep tracks thrown in. He almost never takes off his trademark blue shades. He is known for his dance ability, enthusiasm, and for his catchy melodies. He is also known for only making electronic music half the time; the other half of his musical endeavors are more directed toward emotional and dramatic music, like what you would hear in a movie or what you would go to sleep to at night.
    Rembrandt, despite using a black and blue theme most of the time, is an elementalist specializing in fire and electricity. Since both elements give off light, his eventual mastery of them led to him gaining control of light as well, which he will often use for light shows during parties or for cutting things with a fine laser. He is also proficient with many kinds of weapons. His fighting style involves a lot of stop and go; either he is using his speed and acrobatics, which he developed through dancing, to make himself almost a blur to his opponents, or he is sneaking around like James Bond. He often prefers to use his elements to take out foes quickly, smiling all the while, but if he has to, he will sometimes be seen with a gun or a sword, usually an average katana with a black hilt, a pair of daggers, or an out-the-front switchblade with a window breaker on the bottom.
    He is a very kind individual who will often be seen listening to music every chance he gets. His personality is similar to that of a certain Vinyl Scratch, but he is somewhat less in-your-face and more just positive. He is a very understanding individual, and this makes him someone that many people will go to just to brighten up their day.
    His clothing involves blue jeans or black slacks, black tennis- or formal-shoes, a black jacket that hangs down to halfway between his waist and his knees, a t-shirt of either blue or black color, and his trademark shades. He is also never seen without his watch except for rare occasions when he forgets to put it on after a shower, and he is never seen without an electronic device of some sort, usually a tablet which he uses for making his music.
    His musical prowess allows him to play nearly any instrument, with bow instruments like Cellos and Violins being some of the most difficult for him to play.
    He enjoys hanging around cities, mainly in corner shops. His home/studio is on a corner near the edge of a city that spends half its days in the rain and the other half in the sun. Across from his home is a railway crossing for the city train, so things can get quite noisy there, but this is part of why he likes it so much. He's the kind of guy who is ALWAYS in a city-boy mood.

    Relationships: He is related to Shike T. Marshall, although how he is related is currently unknown. It is believed they are cousins of a sort. Rembrandt is about a year or two younger than Shike, and also a bit smaller, but he is more flexible due to his history with dancing. No other relationships are known as of yet.

    Hidden Skills: If he ever combines forces with Shike, the two of them can combine their powers to either create electrified versions of Shike's attacks, use light in tricky ways by bouncing it off/through water and/or ice, or create raging thunderstorms.

    Special Weapons: Rembrandt owns a special pair of weapons called the Tuning Blades. One is a sword, the other a lance. They are designed like tuning forks. They are just as sharp as any other blade, but when they strike something, the vibrations create a high-pitched ring that, if loud enough, can drive animals crazy when in hearing range. The sound combined with the vibrations allow the blades to cut twice as well as they normally can, enough to cut clean through over a foot of wood. Unfortunately, unlike Shike's favorite katana, Tarnish, they can't cut metal very well, but they can scratch it a bit deeper than normal. They could also cause a rock to crumble if one were to stab one of them into it. A hidden feature is that one can see sonar if they look straight between the split blade on either weapon, allowing them to see in the dark as well as see otherwise-invisible objects and beings, although the night vision isn't very useful in stealth situations since one would need to keep striking the chosen weapon on something to keep up the sonar. It would also be difficult to see through them while fighting with them, but this is why there are two of them: one to see through while the other is used offensively. Rembrandt likes to make his own added feature and use the blades to conduct his electricity in a similar manner to a pair of electrodes or tesla coils. This can also keep them vibrating so he doesn't have to strike them so much, although doing this excessively makes them dangerous to others and even himself, so he only does it when it wouldn't be an inconvenience.

    Techno Cannon: Formerly called the Hardstyle Cannon because it originally had one function involving hardstyle beats, Rembrandt has a device which he calls the Techno Cannon that functions similarly to Vinyl Scratch's Bass Cannon. In fact, he is working on a modification that will give it a Bass Cannon setting. The Techno Cannon can fire powerful soundwaves in time with music, or simply powerful sounds. These soundwaves can be given different effects which either mess with certain senses of those within range (even their vision depending on the sound produced), leave them temporarily unfocused with a catchy melody, or crumble solid obstacles (if he turns up the "volume", increasing the area of the soundwaves, he can even bring down an entire room).
