• Description

  A slender older male, Charlie is in no way ancient, though he is certainly past his prime. Not yet stooped by age, his joints sometimes pain him and cause a hobble in his walk, and his fingers are not quite as dexterous as they used to be on cold, or very wet days.
  
  His hair has completely silvered with age, and he keeps it neatly tied back, though when down it is shoulder length. His fur shows the usual striping for a chipmunk, though some of the tanned patches are a bit more grey than they would be on a younger male. His ears are still alert and round and he doesn't seem to have any trouble with hearing or with his sight. His bright blue eyes look at the world with good humor and good cheer.
  
  He dresses as an upper middle-class man would, the materials he wears are all of good quality, though he has chosen more muted greens and creams for his pants and tunic. A pair of travel-worn boots can be seen on his feet, well cared for, though obviously well used as well. He uses a very lovingly carved cane on long walks, birds and various flora decorating the dark wood, the top worn down and shiny from his paw.
  
  He speaks as a well educated male would, and his dialect is that most usually heard in Malgrave. He generally speaks in a lively tone, though is not very loud.

• Biography

  Charles is a 'run-away' from a medium sized mage house in Malgrave. Remarkable in that he is a Mage Consort who has never married, and never lost his unique abilities (or his virginity), he was a mainstay among the halls, and well known for his constant good cheer and the very pretty pottery, carving, and woodworking he did during his off hours.
  
  When several of his family members disappeared into the palace, never to return, his quick eyes began to notice holes in other magical families in the neighborhood and he began to form some suspicions. When an invitation was extended to him to pay a visit to the palace grounds, he took his various belongings, sold what he could of gifts accumulated over the years, and set out travelling with a cream colored Ostrix named Abby, and enough coin to see him comfortably settled elsewhere.
  
  Charlie is still currently looking for a nice elsewhere.
