  Fleur is a very curious young girl, often exploring new things and places. She does not accept her role as a being a woman in the times, and goes against the norms. Her family eventually alienates her by sending her from Paris, France to New York City,New York. There she learns more of life and eventually discovers the power inside her, which is time travel. In the beginning it is difficult to master her newfound ability, so she would often times go back by mistake and change the chain of events.
  
  Fleur eventually learns that she will never be able to stay with her family, even though they kicked her out. Because of her ability, she can continue going back in time to see them, but they will eventually die of natural causes. She goes from being a preppy curious young lady, to somewhat depressed and introverted. Fleur tries to fight the depression away but eventually gives in to it.
