  • Hair: Short, fluffy brown hair that falls in a slanted fringe across his forehead and is mostly tame.
  • Eyes: Light, yellow-brown eyes framed with short, dark eyelashes and barely-there double eyelid

  • Scars: Large but shallow scars across his shins from wiping out while playing soccer or roller blading, as well as road rash scars up his left side and on the palms of his hands. His biggest scar is on the back of his knee from being stepped on by a team mate wearing cleats.
  • Personality: Generally a thoughtful, calm person, though he isn’t necessarily quiet or reserved. He thinks before he acts or speaks, always has a plan (and a plan B ), and prepares for the worst but takes life as it comes. While fairly laid back outside sports, V.K. is also restless, competitive (he loves bets, races, and any sort of game), and excitable. He’s a passionate, motivated, individual, but he tends to get worked up when he’s in the zone and overdoes it.
  • Likes: anything that can give him a sense of community and stability without being overwhelming (sports teams, after school clubs, small friend groups or classrooms); sunny, warm days; friendly competition (bets, dares, contests, races); unfriendly competition; coffee. His favourite sports are swimming, lacrosse, and running (mainly long distance), and badminton, but he’ll play any sport casually

• Biography

  V.K. lived with his mum growing up and, because of her job, moved around a lot. He switched schools more often than most kids, but never had that much trouble making friends because he took gym class seriously. Once you single-handedly win a soccer game for the team, you start to seem cool.
  
  Thanks to playing sports for so long, V.K. has a pretty high pain tolerance and incredible stamina, but he’s most proud of his work ethic (because it keeps him training every day and on top of his school work). His favourite subjects are biology and kinesiology, and he doesn’t mind math either.
