• Description

  APPEARANCE
  A human of average height and weight, rather lean and fairly toned. He wears a suit of light armor composed mainly of green scales, with white metal armor pieces on his calves, forearms, and shoulders.
  
  WEAPONS
  His weapon of choice is the crossbow, a weapon capable of killing quickly and quietly from a distance. The crossbow he wields is particularly interesting, and possesses features somewhat reminiscent of modern rifles.
  
  The top of it has a rail where the back iron sight can be found, and acts as a carry handle. The carry handle can be released by a button to allow access to the bow's internal magazine, which is designed to hold pre-loaded bolt boxes. Once the box has been put in, the carry handle is pulled down, and a lever action at the trigger of the gun is cycled to load a bolt. The front sight can be drawn back, which will fold the limbs of the crossbow in for more convenient carrying.
  
  RUMORS
  The countryman gunner has been known to accept local quests from wherever he's located, particularly the capital city. The armor he wears is said to be made from the scales of a dangerous wyvern that had terrorized the capital.

• Biography

  For all of his life, Allan worked near his home in the country to help support his family by hunting; that is, until he turned sixteen and was recruited to the kingdom's army. Being a fantastic gunner, he would be much appreciated in the front lines of battle, but his skills were said to be needed elsewhere, such as on the king's guard.
  
  Allan hated the government for enlisting him in the army, but he hated it even more for not letting him fight on the frontlines. Since then, Allan has sent the bulk of his pay to his family in the country and done his best to eliminate threats when possible, and yearns for the day when he can serve the army and return to his family.
