• Biography

  Karin grew up in Ordalia, but after the heartless took over when she was 12 she was forced to evacuate with those that could. Her best friend, Yuffie, was able to help her escape along with her friends Cloud and Cid. She, unfortunately, lost her family in the process. They were swallowed up in the darkness along with many others. This devastated Karin and she vowed that she would avenge her family and do all she could to stop the darkness from consuming other worlds and tearing other families apart. So, with the help of her friends she began to train and learn more in order to help her on her journey. She learned about Sora and his journey and wanted to go along with him, but at the time she wasn’t strong enough and had not yet mastered her magic abilities yet. Regretfully, she waited behind and continued to train. She still continues to do so, until the time would come that she could be of use.
  
  The majority of Karin’s magic abilities are defensive based. Karin has mastered healing spells and can also cast a force field around herself and her friends. She has also mastered a few stun spells and can freeze her opponent momentarily in times of need.
