When Darkness

  Her eyes are dark. Impossibly so, just gaping pits of darkness, so deep and black no one notices the whites framing the irises. Looking into eyes like that so long will drive you mad. It's no wonder she hides them.

  
  They call her a demon. Whether this is her species or not, she behaves like one. Cruel, intelligent, and powerful, she has reasonable mastery of almost every aspect of magic, dark or light. She wields power seemingly from Hell itself, and has a mind to match. She can be nigh unbeatable in a fight with the right weapon. Few who have known her fear her. The rest are dead. Or so the legend goes.
