  Debra has blue eyes and brown hair most of the time. She can change her features on a whim thanks to being a Metamorphmagus. During ever full moon she transforms into a Werecat.

• Biography

  Debra was born to muggles in America. But both her parents die in a car accident while on a trip to Romania. She is the adopted daughter of Charlie Weasley, who found her as a baby when he tried to help save her parents, but doesn't know she's adopted. She also has a Crup which she is hoping she'll be allowed to bring to school. ( see below).For over a year Debra was very ill from an unknown sickness that kept her from going to Hogwarts with the rest of her age group so she was 13 before she got to go to Hogwarts. Debra wasn't sorted into any house for a year much to the shock of her adopted family who had been sure she'd end up in Gryffindor. A lot happened to her during that first year including getting attacked by a Werecreature, which turned out to be a Werecat. This of course turned her into a Werecat as well. During the end of the year she was investigated for possibly attacking students, but was exonerated of all charges. Her dad sent her away for protection over the summer. It wasn't until her second year that the Sorting Hat chooses Hufflepuff as her house. Her reappearance was a shock to everyone since she had filled out and grown taller and stronger than the previous year. She also had a secret that she kept hidden from everyone due to not wanting to be picked on for it. She'd found faith in God while away for the summer. Debra is a Metamorphmagus.( see below) During her first year Debra was attacked by an unknown creature while out by the lake alone. A month later it is found out by the Professors and Madam Pomfrey that she is a werecat.
  A Metamorphmagus (pl. Metamorphmagi) is a witch or wizard with the ability to change his or her physical appearance at will, rather than requiring Polyjuice Potion or a spell like the rest of the wizarding population. They are extremely rare. Metamorphmagi can take a wide variety of forms, changing sex and age, potentially looking like anyone at all, or even just changing a part of their appearances, such as the shape of their noses. It is never revealed if Metamorphmagi can take the full form of an animal. Also, a Metamorphmagus is born, not made; it is not a skill that can be learned. The ability presents very early in life. It is unknown whether Metamorphmagi receive any training in developing their innate skill, or if they learn through trial and error; given their rarity, it is unlikely that much training is available. It is unknown if Metamorphmagi must register with the Ministry of Magic like Animagi must, as Metamorphmagi did not choose to become what they are, while Animagi did.
  Like many other types of magic, a Metamorphmagus' abilities are affected by his or her emotional state. The person's appearance at any moment will often reflect the emotion the person is feeling at the time. Strong emotions, such as shock or depression, can affect their abilities to the point of having trouble using them at all.
  (Side note: A Crup is a wizard-bred dog that strongly resembles a Jack Russell Terrier, except that a Crup has a forked tail. They are clearly wizard-bred dogs since they are extremely loyal to wizards, and ferocious toward Muggles. They will eat almost anything. Crup owners are required by law to remove the second tail of the animal when it is six to eight weeks old, using a painless Severing Charm, in case they are noticed by Muggles. A licence from the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures must also be obtained, and the owner must pass a test to show that they are able to control the animal in Muggle-inhabited areas.
