  ┃┃┃┃▪ As a drow her skin is the color of ash and stone. Her hair is silver as the moon, her eyes a glowing blue teal. She wears men's plated armor and mens clothing and has no shame in her body.
  ┃┃┃┃▪ A knight in both mind and spirit. She's fearless, reckless, and doesn't take a single word to dishonor her. She's ruthless and doesn't quite understand empathy. She's focused on bringing honor back to her kind.

  ┃┃┃┃▪ As a noble she had a pretty cushioned upbringing. Her Aunt was a lord and her family knights. She grew up close to the courts, and given the matriarchal society of the drow, she was raised young to be a warrior. Under the eyes of her mother and sisters, she trained hard to make it to the courts. Things went wrong as they normally did. While still a squire, she witnessed the death of her aunt and mother in a squabble between humans and elves, and instead of staying to face her death with nobility, the young warrior fled. In her shame she swore to the goddess Lolth that she would avenge her family, while telling the upper world that the drow were nothing to be feared, that they wished peace the same.
  She joined the human's military, hiding her face and body under brass plated armor and refusing to remove it. Her naturally deep voice kept questions of her gender away as she worked through the ranks. Not once did she remove her helm, even after war and tournament alike, not until her knighting day. After receiving her knighthood she cast the helmet aside, and dared any that stood before her to challenge her well earned title. None dare step forward.
  She keeps her position by installing fear, being unafraid of confrontation, and force if need be. This doesn't mean she can't relax with her brother in arms and crack a few grins. Despite her demeanor, she has a dry sense of humor and a certain gentleness to things needing protecting.

  Cal is my favorite character to work with. That being said: she is designed to be very sharp tongued and hurtful. She is a Drow, not the fluffy Skyrim kind. What she says about a character or thinks or behaves has nothing to do with the way I think about you as a writer. In fact, if I use her it's only because I think you can handle it.
