• His many names...

  Furcadian Name: Avoidant. Used only because I like the name and it has nothing to do with his actual IC life.
  
  True Name: Dmitar, given to him by his birth mother, it is his only true name and he will give it out only to those who are truly close to him. As of yet, there is no one who fits the standard.
  
  Cursed Name: Bear. The name given to him by the humans who once owned him. It happens to be the name etched into the worn leather collar around his neck and he will instantly snap if you call him it. Even when he was converted from four-legged feral to two-legged anthro, the collar remained as a reminder of who he truly was. There is no removing the collar, due to a pact with the wind spirit (see history) though it has loosened noticeably over the years and he barely notices its presence unless someone points it out.
  
  False Name: Noel. This is the name of the wind spirit who gifted the dog with new life. He carries this name as a thanks and it is always the name he gives others when they ask him for it.

• The Essentials

  Age: Currently 18 years of age by anthro standards.
  Gender: Male
  Species: Canine (Domesticated)
  Sub-species: Wind Spirit
  Occupation: For now, nothing. He's had a history as a house pet, not much skills to work with here unless you want him to roll over.
  
  Family: None whatsoever.
  Relationship Status: Single and untrusting.
  Orientation: Strict heterosexual
  Children: None
  
  Height: Around 5'8 or so.
  Weight: Proportional at all times.
  Body Type: Average, little toned, but nothing too amazing.
  Hair Color: Light brown, rather dull coloring as of late.
  Fur Color: Browns and whites all splashed across his body at random. He's a mutt so there's no set pattern to his coat. Underneath his fur, his skin is light pink with brown spots everywhere, differing in shape and size.
  Eye Color: Completely black. It can be a bit eerie to look directly into his eyes, seeing as.. well, you just have a black abyss staring back at you.
  Clothing: While he shirked most clothing for being too restricting, he tended to favor loose trousers with a leather belt, often unbuckled, and a silk vest, always buttoned up.
  
  General Appearance: In short, there is nothing special about this particular dog. He's an average male, a little definition to him but nothing special and his fur looks like someone tried to make him into a dalmatian, got mad at the very idea and just jabbed random spots all over him and called it a day. His fur is short but strangely smooth, the very tips of some hairs curling inwards towards his body. Dmitar's ears are the most amusing thing about him, one standing straight up while the other flops down at the tip, with the tuft of brown hair between the two.
  
  Personality: It's always calmest before the storm... And that was when he was at his most dangerous. He presented to the world as a calm and carefree individual, which was naturally his personality, but because of his transformation, there was very little that one had to do to set him off. Like the hurricane that started it all, Dmitar can be violent, aggressive, and overpowering and it always disappears just as fast as it came. It was tricky to figure him out but once one gets used to him, it becomes easier.
