• Description

  A typical wolf shell, though within burned the fire of the ancients.
  Dak was an unseemly individual to hold such awesome power. Short, stocky, and scarred, many of his extinct tribe would consider him unworthy of the ultimate gift and responsibility of their people. Within him was the fire of the volcano god, Ethremek. A black pelt, silky and long was a stark contrast to the red fringe adorning his crown. In his native land, he was accustomed to wearing nothing, his fur covering everything of importance, but thrust into the near modernity of the outside world, he was forced to don at least a loin cloth, and more than often made to wear trousers. A wild spirit, he was born for the way of the savannahs and jungles of his homeland.

• Biography

  Dak was an unseemly individual to hold such awesome power. Short, stocky, and scarred, many of his extinct tribe would consider him unworthy of the ultimate gift and responsibility of their people. Within him was the fire of the volcano god, Ethremek. He was imbued with the power as a pup, when his father leader of thier tribe, brought him to the volcano altar in the midst of the destruction of the land in which he ruled. His father implored the angry spirit, offering Daksus up as a sacrifice, a vessel for the rage that was setting his kingdom aflame. Ethremek appeared, in all of his smoulder, and the child was taken into the flame's bosom, to be burned alive. Instead of death, the pup gained the mighty power of old, a gift which had not been heard of in the land for centuries. Seeing this, the spirit decided to let him live, and took him deep into the volcano, leaving his parents and tribe to their fate. Years passed, and through the tutelage of Ethremek, Daksus, gained full control of his powers, although with that knowledge came the Rage, an uncontrolled state in which he became the true son of the volcano, his body becoming pure flame, eyes as black as hell.

• Physical Desc.

  As wolves, go, Dak is shaped like many, with some distinct differences. His fur color is black, his pelt thick and long around the neck, the scruff growing into a fringe on top of his head, the natural color lightening as it gets farther away from the skin. where the fur on the majority of his head his a silky black, where the fringe grows between his ears, it transitions from black to deep maroon, to red at the very ends. Fur is missing along the lines of his scars, a lengthwise gash on the inside of his upper left arm, and a v shaped scar on his lower abdomen the arms meeting a few inches above the scruff of his sheath. his tongue is the usual pink, but mottled with ink colored spots, most of them on the right side of the tongue. his tail is shorter than most wolves, reaching only to the begining of the inside of the knee. His hind limbs are digitgrade, claws on all four paws are a little longer than normal. All his pawpads are spotted lightly with pink,and the fur around his nose and mouth are slightly gray. His lips are black, but gums are lightly spotted like the tongue and pawpads, and his teeth are large, his upper canines hanging below his lip a bit,maybe up to half an inch.
