Intro

• Welcome!

  Interested in doing a monster RP with me? Fantastic! I'm glad you stopped by!
  
  Remember, I only RP with people who consistently post four sentences or more in paragraph form. I personally write 3-5 paragraphs per post, on average.
  
  All of the characters on the next pages are not human, but that does not mean you need to have a monster character too! Your character does not need to conform to my monster rules. Are they human? Great. Are they a vampire? Not a problem. Are they a talking dog from mars? Cool beans, bro. As long as we can get a good plot going, I see no reason to be picky about your character.

• My Monsters

  Almost every monster in this profile will have two forms: a humanoid form and a wild form. These forms can accrue quite a few nicknames such as "tame", "beast", and so on. Most monsters can switch between the two at will.
  
  The humanoid form is used for more civilized situations and is generally the form that a monster will pick when they are feeling safe and at ease.
  
  The wild form usually comes out when a monster feels threatened. The exact nature of a monster's wild form will depend on whatever their species needs to feel safe. Some have wild forms that are big and strong for fighting back, while others have wild forms that are small and great for evasive maneuvers or even hiding. It all depends on the species.

• Possible Settings and Plot

  All of the following suggestions are merely ideas to help get your creative juices flowing. Shoot me a message to discuss the specifics of what you want!
  
  Setting #1: Classic Fantasy
  We can follow the fantasy style of western culture or we can do something else such as Asian or Indian fantasy! Don't forget, we don't have to specify cultural tone if you don't want to. We can just wing it!
  
  Tech: Swords, arrows, horse-drawn carts, wind/water/oar propelled boats
  Magic: It exists and it has been mastered by more than one species, but not all.
  Society Idea #1: Bustling cities where monsters and humans live together. Interspecies conflicts are common.
  Society Idea #2: Bustling monster cities and human cities that put as much distance as possible between the two societies. Wars between monster and human kingdoms are common.
  
  Setting #2: Victorian Era
  
  Tech: Flintlock pistols, canons, daggers, horse-drawn carriages, steam boats
  (We can even do steampunk tech if you want!)
  Magic: Only the monsters have a handle on magic, but some of the more daring humans are slowly trying to catch up...
  Society: Between the humans and monsters, one group is stuck as the slaves or second class citizens and the other group has the power.
  
  Setting #3: Outer Space
  
  Possible Tech: (We should discuss via PM) phasers/laser guns, space ships, teleportation devices(?), DNA tech(?). We could go for tech matching Star Wars, Star Trek, Firefly, a mix of all, or something new!
  Magic: Little to none.
  Society Idea #1: Between aliens and humans, one group is just starting to get use to having the other group walking around their planet, but one little conflict could turn them against their extraterrestrial visitors!
  Society Idea #2: Humans have been in space for a very long time and have become just another one of the aliens amongst the stars. Without a planet to call their own, some humans continue the search for a good candidate for Earth II while others are quite alright with living with the other species on the other habitable planets.
