• Biography

  Jesse Winters was born to one James and Lillian Winters in Alaska on a bio-marine research boat. His life was mostly spent on the boat but would transition into schooling, friends, and eventually the discover of his powers. Jesse possesses the power to create and manipulate the cold and ice. Upon discovering his powers, he was shunned and hated by his peers. His mother however possessed the power of poison emission. His father did not possess any power and therefore did not understand the predicament that Jesse and Lillian were in. Upon growing up, Jesse learned to control his abilities and use it for good rather than for evil. His mother would pass away on his fifteenth birthday. His father left him because the only reason he stayed with him was because of his mother, whom had never married his father.
  
  Jesse now roams America in search of other people who are like him, people with abilities. He wants to do great things. He wants to help and better mankind. He wants to be a hero.
