  The History of the Varemon Islands, and their relation to Aelton (The nearest portion of the mainland) Goes back a long time ago, far back into Theriven's History. Yet, Lady Valencia, lives for now - She is kind, and just, but often forgets to put her foot down, when it is necessary. Just as her mother, and her mother before her were, she is gifted in the art of sorcery - Specifically Pyromagic, and a dangerous type of magic called, 'rift' magic (The ability to open physical portals into other physical, and nonphysical universes - Dangerous because it sometimes leads to the spawning of horrible creatures)
  
  Herself, she is quite lovely - She has long blonde hair, down to her mid back, a soft spoken voice, and deep, green eyes. For a time, she was married to a Prince from Aelton, yet he died at sea, on a voyage from Verth, to a port city in the north-Western corner of Aelton.
  
  Like most goodly folk in Theriven, she is a follower of the Goddess Veleri, yet due to her heritage, she would also be quite familiar with Katavul, a name most of Theriven have long forgotten.
