• Biography

  Born out of wedlock to an engineer and his mistress, Irene quickly followed in her father's footsteps. Her father worked as an engineer for the British Army, as a young girl, she would look on in awe at the terrible war machines he would create to fight for queen and country. Terrifying steam powered, fire breathing battle walkers, steam powered, propeller driven airships that could drop bombs onto cities below, hand held flamethrowers, and many more. It is from these creations that her life-long love of fire began. From her first (but not last) time setting the living room rug alight at the age of five, she has been building, blowing up, and burning some of the finest pyrotechnic inventions in the British Empire. A prodigy in the fields of engineering and mechanics, she has learned everything she knows from her father. Ever since her father's workshop was destroyed in an explosion, she has found companionship and employment on the crew of the privateer airship known as The Grey Lady.
