Subject 0013 Codename "Billdozer" has had an extensive number of sorties, proving his worth in multiple combat missions throughout his history in the armed services.
Working together with special operatives, he worked with special espionage operative Sam Fisher in Somalia to stop Somalian pirates from offering a free streaming service that featured Netflix content.
Later, it was found out through NSA records that he worked with an operative-turned-mercenaries Solid Snake and Raiden in the Detroit Rising incidents. Due to his efforts, over 6 million lives were saved.
Current records show that he has utilized his years of service to move away from Arlen, TX, to a new precinct in New Versailles, LA. We will be watching from afar and gauging his successes. -
Description
Sergeant Bill Dauterive may appear to be bumbling and incompetent but these exterior flaws serve well to hide the hidden prowess laying dormant underneath those rolls of fat. Years ago, Bill was unknowingly made part in an experiment called "Operation: Infinite Walrus", to create a hybrid soldier capable of operating in freezing cold waters.
It is assumed that the experimental drugs are the cause of his weight gain, excessive body hair, baldness, and terrible body odor and breath. However, this appearance is only a partial result of the experiment. As a side effect of the treatment, Bill possesses low-level reality warping powers that allow him to manipulate probability on a subconscious level, letting him successfully perform feats that only Olympic-level athletes could accomplish. Whether this is a result of a gestalt psychic field that he may generate, or simply a quantum mutation that has embedded itself throughout his body, nobody knows.
Due to his unyielding sense of justice and righteousness, Bill utilizes his prowess to restore devastated communities and keep the peace where danger lurks and innocent lives are jeopardized. Returning to New Versailles after spending years in Arlen, TX, Bill strives to put his knowledge and skills to the test in this new environment.
