• Description

  At some point, Crysys could have been human. Now, he is a sickening amalgamation of flesh and steel. Glowing blue mechanical eyes peer out of deep, blackened, lidless eye sockets. His flesh is pitch black, except on its face, where the flesh lightens slightly to bring out its angular features. Small portions on his masculine features also glow blue from small exposed circuitry muscle-like strands of metal and plasma-like energy. A half-unzipped black bodysuit exposes various sections of pipeline in his flesh- some glowing the same vibrant blue, some simple metal. His fingers end in sharp metal claws, teeth likewisely sharpened and metallic behind blackened lips. His palms glow mysteriously the same blue as the rest of his conduits in strange circular designs with bright centers. Should he be seen naked, the same circuit-muscle strands are visible in various places on his body, along with a conduit or exposed pipeline here and there.
  
  He rides around on a strangely futuristic-looking motorcycle, often paired up with a sleek, somewhat skull-shaped helmet. When wearing the helmet, certain lines and vents on it glow the same blue as the rest of the cyborg. His blood is either grayish-black or glowing blue, depending upon what's punctured at the time- whether it be the pipelines which carry his mixture of genetic material and nanides, or his liquid plasmatic substance which carries power to the cybernetics.

• Abilities

  • Technokinesis: Crysys can control many machines which have even the most basic processor to communicate with- though he will not exert control over anything more than simple machines by force. He can also meld found technology, as well as scraps of metal into his body to repair, or even advance his own inner technology by making the best of the base materials.
    
  • Cybernetic Enhancements: His body and musculature have been enhanced by cybernetics he has absorbed over the years. This makes Crysys much stronger, faster, smarter, more durable, and gives him more endurance than any human, and possibly even many supernaturals, such as vampires and lycanthropes. His intelligence seems to surpass even genius level- as if his mind is an amalgamation of billions of years of experience and knowledge, all crammed into one person.
    
  • R&D: Crysys has a thorough understanding of technology, and is eager to learn new things, or even develop his own new tech. As such, his preferences tend into Research and Development for technology and/or computers.
    
  • Metal Weaving: Crysys' nanides give him the ability to 'weave' metals he absorbs into almost anything at the molecular level. This includes breaking down the metal material and integrating it into his own flesh, as well as into fabrics or armor. When used in flesh or fabric, the weaves supply extra protection. His ability to weave metals together to create alloys appear to be rather useful for harder armor plating.
    
  • Computing: Crysys thinks at a speed far surpassing a supercomputer, making him able to perform even elaborate computations in an instant.
    
  • Scanners: His eyes are mechanical, and contain scanning technology able to read and identify any material he has come in contact with and researched enough to understand the structure. This makes identifying supernaturals from humans easy, if he's come across that type of supernatural before. Even if he hasn't, he will often know the being in question isn't human simply because of his inability to identify the structure.
    
  • Weapons: His specialty for technologies are in weaponry and vehicle mechanics. As such, he has an understanding of weapons, conventional and improvised that surpasses even the world's superpowers. This includes energy weapons as well as more basic weaponry- however, he's always looking to find and study new types and models of weaponry. On his palms are energy-beam/mass driver hybrid canons, designed to lay waste to organic and inorganic material. These take far too much energy and resources to fire, so he tends to rely on other weapons when possible.
    
  • Hand-to-hand Combat: While not his specialty, he has studied various close combat styles, and can do well enough in a fist fight. Though, he would prefer to attack from a distance, or at least have a melee weapon.
    
  • Vehicles: Crysys can drive or work on any vehicle, though he often chooses only to work on his personal motorcycle, as vehicle mechanics as a job is uninteresting to him.
    
  • Tecno-telepathy: Different than technopathy (the ability to communicate with technology only), Crysys can use his exceptionally high tech to access and communicate (even alter) the minds of organics. His mind is incredibly powerful, so he limits this access when he can so his very presence in a person's mind won't shatter them.

• Weaknesses

  • Exceptionally Powerful Technokinetics: Crysys is more or less an AI made flesh. As such, he is weak to techokinesis more powerful than his own, and anything made to destroy machines specifically that can overwhelm his shielding and structure.
    
  • High AI-Level Hacking: Crysys' mind is a highly advanced AI. This allows people with exceptionally high AI hacking skills to possibly hack into his systems, and modify his core programming. If done wrong, the effects will be temporary, as Crysys has backup systems and anti-hack/virus/malware software. This software is, however, not impenetrable. AI specialists will be able to alter and/or command him temporarily, if not permanently. It is extremely difficult to hack him more than temporarily, however.
    
  • Direct EM Bursts: Crysys is EM shielded, but a direct burst, especially an EM field that directly touches him via wires, prongs, et cetera, will shut down his cybernetics temporarily. How long the effect lasts is dependent on the strength of the EM field being generated.
    
  • Social Issues: He can have issues communicating effectively with pure organic beings, though he does try his best. Unless he is familiar with a person, he can often come off as cold and robotic. Also somewhat heartless and cruel, as he holds no real value for life outside those he comes to care about.
