  Quite a spunky, bright-eyed creature! Slick skin is mostly a dark grey, the yellow underbelly and darker orange boney ridges along their head and spine offer some color. The expression on their sloped, broad-snouted face is generally one of concentration or starry-eyed excitement, with those big, hazel globes peering around. Broad, clawed paws at the ends of their arms and legs are webbed, while a thick tail with a tadpole-like fin flicks about behind them. Their clothing usually consists of just a tanktop and jeans, unless they're headed somewhere cold. In which case, they don a hoodie, earmuffs over their fringed fins, and some boots. The young salamander-thing could often be caught playing hookie and practicing with makeshift spears or magic, often in trouble or dressed in various bandages as a result.
