• Description

  The Rouge of the Wonar Tribe. Wealth Wretch. Rat Tail. Oblivious Asshole. He has acquired many names throughout his life, but fortunately the first one he was given was Mars Retcher. Its equally fortunate that the name stuck before he was old enough to acquire all the other ones.
  
  Standing at a diminuative 5'8" and packing little weight behind his punches, Mars has always preferred speed and timing to brute strength. This is at odds with his mindset, where he would normally try to blow a hole through a brick wall because it appears faster than just opening the door. These things combine well, against all odds, as his tendency to act rather than passively wait for consequences has saved him from executions and one-night-stands alike. His pentient for trouble, however, has more than once landed him in jail cells, slave labor, and - in one particularly close brush with death - standing at the gallows.
  
  Unfortunately, though outwardly an honest soul, he harbors a fierce subconscious distrust and even blatant disgust with humanity as a whole. This has been a source of strong regret, as more than once he has broken hearts or gotten friends jailed due to well-crafted lies and covered tracks. His luck was bound to run out eventually. Though normally a spectacle to make an example of wrong-doers, liars, and dishonorable trash, a personal grudge would be what caused CRAVEN to be carved into Mars's chest. Alone in the wilderness he fought a hopeless fight against the family of someone he wronged. Beaten, engraved with the mark of shame, and left for dead in the middle of nowhere, only his high capacity for pain tolerance and pure hatred kept his heart beating.
  
  For days he wandered, and for days more he was shunned by those who could clearly see the mark on his chest. Despite multiple infections and broken ribs, he managed to make it to the outskirts of an unknown tribe after a week of wandering and struggling against death. A woman of old age pulled him back from the brink, caring for the outcast in her own home. Clothed, healed, and fed, he bid the woman farewell and left the town in the night to avoid controversy. Without family, friends, or a home, and struck with a newfound sense that something in him must change, he wanders a world too dangerous for one man to travel.
  
  Unafraid of death, as he has already died.
