• Biography

  Alvares, also known as "The Shifter" by those who happen to meet him, is one of a very, very small race of those called the Transmogrifers. Transmogrifers have the rare ability of being able to rearrange their anatomic structure to become whatever being they want to represent. They tend to live in recluse and away from other life on a distant planet rarely before explored. A small scout ship showed up, one time, and the curiosity of Alvares got the better of him. Always wanting to go out and meet other living beings, though always told how dangerous it was, he snuck on the ship and left after the scouts saw just how barren the planet was. Or how barren they were caused to believe it was. He has never gone back.
  
  At the time of whatever roleplay I happen to use him in: he's found his way to Earth and was quite intrigued by the place. He's been on Earth for decades apon decades, living through historical events and past leaders. He's kind of melted into society and has taken the form of a normal caucasian male with the name Johnathan Walter at the age of about 27.
