Description

Obadiah is a man of a little above average height, with long brown hair and a typically well kept beard. He wears older clothes, though a few modern things have appeared in his wardrobe over the years. And travels with a mustang stallion named Outlaw. Currently they live in the Wilds, with a small tent and a makeshift lean to for the horse.

Biography

Obadiah Paige is a man out of time, he was born in 1859 in the up an coming state of Oregon to a small family of cattlemen. During his younger years, learning the trade of herding and rustling he picked up the art of the six shooter. Over time he became quite good at it and built his life traveling the West as a hired hand. But things went wrong just shy of his 25th birthday.

He was out taking care of a job that he didn't have his heart in, the paid murder of a powerful Shaman by his tribe. It felt wrong to the core, but money was money and he had a job to do. So, he went to do it. Except the Shaman knew he was coming and the man cursed Obadiah to an eternal life of suffering to atone for the murders he'd committed.

That suffering led him, and his horse who also was cursed, to a life outside of the world. And eventually to the Wilds of the Nexxus where he currently resides away from a modern world that he still can't quite acclimate to.
