The Laughing Leopard

  • Had you goin', didn't I?

    There are mages known for their mastery of the elements - furres who’s command of the arts of sorcery is sufficient to make even a King tremble… and then there’s Jos’san, who can’t be bothered and would much rather be fishing. The Laughing Leopard is a mage of... dubious... accomplishment, skilled in spells of questionable use, and known more for his easy smiles and natural loquaciousness than any great arcane work. Frankly, he wouldn’t have it any other way. Quick with a joke, and even quicker to laugh at it, his motivations are often obscure and frequently inconsistent. His apparent inability to speak plainly is a source of consternation to friends and foes alike. Likely the only thing that protects him from himself is that, like any accomplished fisherfurre, he understands that the truth only gets in the way of a good story. And a good story... well... that's just a convenient thing to have between one's self and the truth, isn't it?

  • Fine Feline

    Bright eyes. Easy smile. Loose tongue. And a personality that danced on the thin line between charming and irritating. While the leopard still hadn't learned to act his years, (and, to be clear, he'd probably seen half a century of them) he was at least polite enough to show them. Well... a few of them, anyway. In terms of build, he had a certain sinew to his shoulders and forearms that didn't look to be in any danger of fading soon. At the same time, he was at least partially betrayed by his once pristine white fur, which now (along with his rosettes) had a definite gray undertone. In much the same fashion, his neatly trimmed blond hair had gone the way of his pelt and was now a tired shade of gold. His clothes were quality pieces. Under a light tan coat, he wore a copper buttoned black shirt neatly tucked in to matching trousers. The top of his walking stick (clearly an accessory as opposed to a necessity) was carved to resemble a fish.
