  Appearance: Rowi is about 4 feet tall, and covered in short, soft, curly brown fur, not unlike a Labradoodle. Like most kobolds, he has large, brown, doglike eyes, a tail about three feet long for balance, and a muzzle filled with sharp and partially exposed teeth. He has a bit of a hunch, and his arms end in rounded paws with no claws, though his legs exactly resemble a dog's.
  Clothes: He wears a really nice suit all the time, and has a huge medallion of his home tribe's insignia, a paw with two swords crossed over it, hung around his neck. If the setting would make suits anachronistic, he instead wears more-or-less decorative patchwork armor.
  Personality: Rowi is an offensively archetypal member of the rap subculture. He is boastful and arrogant, loves ludicrously loud music, and curses a lot--entirely in the vowel-less Kobold language. He is easily offended by racial remarks, not so much as an actual offense as an excuse to get in a scuffle. If you've ever been to high school, you know exactly who this guy is.
  Background: Grrgrr seemed destined for lyrical greatness from the day he was born. He and his family of five grew up in the inner city, the only comfort he had an old radio. While the rest of the family fell apart, his father took the lead-jacketed easy street to death. Then he heard his first rap. He fell in love with people like Jay-Z, Common, and Eminem, people who were, to quote Common, "Not preachin' to me but speakin' to me, so easily I approached." He decided, then and there, that rap would be his focus in life, the thing that got him out of the house and into the wider world. After... barely scraping by in school up to ninth grade, he transferred to a magical Academy, determined to have a more vocational education, as well as hone the natural destructive magic Kobolds wielded. He has since gone on Walkabout, the trial his academy has for students to graduate. Their task is simple: go on a full on adventure.
