  Just kidding! Mancha plays to my love of the cruel cold 'evil' sorceress. She is not what one would call a beauty, and her cold mannerisms certainly don't endear her to anyone further. She has long straight purple hair, purple eyes with narrow slits for pupils, and is often found in period garb (depending on when she was alive). But most peculiar of all is that her skin is translucent to the point where you can see her bones if you stare long enough (and get away with it). She has the ability to leave her bones, where she floats and creeps along like a mist. She rarely does this, as it leaves her bones exposed.

• Biography

  Mancha is what is known as a Starsbane. She is a mix of sci-fi and fantasy genre, as in she is an alien and not of this earth, but she plays like a fantasy character. Without getting to much into it, her race can be comparable to a black hole, where they feed off of light for their energy. But rather than just stand about and photosynthesize like a plant, they instead hunt down Star Children, whose blood is very nourishing to them. I won't go into their reproduction cycle, but in short they spend time on earth, and when they are drawn to their first kill they go through a metamorphosis and learn who they truly are and what their purpose is.
  
  Mancha is the second to last of her kind on earth. At least, second to last sentient. Starsbanes come in all different forms - animals, plants, they live among us as mimics and normally are of no danger to humans, seeing as they only seek out star children. Unless of course you are a human with star child blood in your veins, in which case beware!
  
  She grew up in Austria in the late 1500's. Her first kill was her husband, whom she loved dearly, but couldn't stop herself from killing. What to her was a natural thing (her kind do not stay with their young to guide them), turned out to be abominable, as her kind wasn't aware that there were sentient star children about (at the time). She was forced to take back her human soul and exiled to earth. Not that she minded. She misses her kin, but she finds earth interesting enough to keep going. She reclaimed her bones a century later at a catholic abbey. She relearned how to be human with the help of a devout group of nuns who thought she was an angel. News about her miracle spread, and she was invited to go to rome. Politics and usual BS meant she was condemned as a witch, and burned to death. Alas...she couldn't be burned. She was rescued by none other than Luciano and his brothers, and they helped her run away to England. There she joined a covenant and decided to give witchcraft a try. She found she had a natural talent for it, and studied it earnestly.
  
  Little is known about her doings and whereabouts for some time. Around the late 1600's/mid 1700's she came back to Austria to reclaim her family estate. Once she succeeded with that, she employed Luciano to be her chief butler, and he served her loyally for a few life times, helping her run the place and keeping up her facade. She was devoted to the sciences as much as magic, finding many similarities in the two.
  
  Our lengthy tale brings us to this century. Space exploration is key to her...and she is always up to date on what's going on. It is her dream to travel to the stars and be reunited with her people once more. She couldn't integrate into their society with a human soul...but as she was she would be able to at least visit and communicate crudely to them all that she had learned and done.
