The Loper twins grew up in Sofia, Bulgaria. They were both 12 when the first Kaiju appeared in the world. Bulgaria didn't think any harm would happen to them because the attack was so distant. But they were wrong and not prepared for the Kaiju that appeared in the Black sea. The Kaiju went through several cities and villages as it travelled through Bulgaria and reached Sofia. Half of Sofia was destroyed and most of the civilians were killed and the few that remained were the Loper twins. The Loper twins were taken into foster care and sent to England to be adopted since Bulgaria was torn apart by one Kaiju. It was taken down by Serbia and Russia's military. The Loper twins reached the age of Eighteen and were one of the very first few that were part of the Jaeger programme. When they were in training they designed their own Jaeger which was Nicknamed L.O.P.E.R.
The L.O.P.E.R Jaeger was designed and is piloted by the Loper twins, Bobbie and Marcus. They designed the L.O.P.E.R to have four harpoon dispensers implanted in both shins of the Jaeger and the other two on the arms of the Jaeger. The harpoons are used to pull a Kaiju towards the Jaeger or swing it around. Inside the dispensers are also smoke dispensers and small bombs. The Jaeger also has two rocket boosters attached onto its back to boost the Jaeger up into the air for a limited amount of time.
