Description

Rudy is a short young man of Korean descent with hair that is black underneath and dyed light blue on top. He has a silver stud piercing in each ear and a small silver hoop in the cartilage on his left ear. He's very thin, but has some muscle. There's a V-shaped scar on his back where his wings come out. He can switch between human form and dragon form, and in dragon form he is a lithe grey dragon with a white mane, blue eyes, and feathered wings.
