• Ceciel is very outgoing and loudmouths. He's the type that just cannot keep his mouth shut in class, and is pretty popular. He has quite a lot of friends, and is pretty popular with girls, due to his "cuteness" he's not very smart though. He never studies, and usually gets a back grade. It's honestly really rare for him to have a good grade. Though Ceciel hides it, he has been caught staring at boys.
