𝓡𝔞𝔫𝔢𝔱𝔥 𝔞𝔰 𝔞 𝑦𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔤 𝔪𝔞𝔫.
From a young age Raneth was a prodigy in the sword and bow. Being a hunter for the village he grew up in always hunting and protecting it from bandits he inspired to become a Knight a hero for people to look up to. To achieve an unattainable dream of keeping everyone safe without anyone needing to pointlessly die. Ultimately at the age of Sixteen, he joined the military and went through training with praise and slaps on the back.
𝓡𝔞𝔫𝔢𝔱𝔥 𝔞𝔰 𝔞 𝔎𝔫𝔦𝔤𝔥𝔱-𝓒𝔞𝔭𝔱𝔞𝔦𝔫 𝔬𝔣 𝔏𝔬𝔯𝔡𝔞𝔢𝔯𝔬𝔫
The years to follow were war and battle hardening him and changing Raneth. He saw hell whether it be orcs raiding and pillaging. To the untold horrors that came from the Third war for worse or for better it changed Raneth. He abandoned his foolish hypocritical ideals yet his selfless side could never go away he still strived for a fairytale dream. During the aftermath of the war, a Quel'dorei Ranger-Captain were forced to work together and the Quel'dorei deemed Raneth worthy to be a Ranger.
And the ruthless four years of training followed changing Raneth more from a Knight to a man of the bow and sword a Ranger of the North. And one of the few Human Rangers of his time.
𝓡𝔞𝔫𝔢𝔱𝔥 𝔞𝔰 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝓡𝔞𝔫𝔤𝔢𝔯 𝔬𝔣 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔑𝔬𝔯𝔱𝔥
Raneth now is a ranger hidden by a mask he usually wears and claded in an assortment of leather armor a Bow and quiver always visible and two sword sheaths on his belt. His hair is more wild and unruly from being in the wilds he has become an adventurer of sorts with no real loyalty anymore his only goal is to uncover his family's past and to continue down the path of a Ranger.
Yet he still chases that dream of being a hero by helping those he can even if no one learns of his name.
War and battle change people and Raneth has been left scarred by it, they may not be physical but they show as he longs for the days of home and the people he knew. All now of which are shambling corpses or mindless ghouls.
