• Description

  Constantly wears a brown burlap like cloak but without the hood up, always has his eyes almost closed, and never wears anything on his face. He sports a Brantom 48 high-caliber low recoil officers handgun, it's look resembles that of a m1911 with a longer barrel and slide with extra attachments, such as Cordistintom which measures the heart rate of anyone its pointed at and a glass breaker.

• Background

  He is a mysterious fellow, he was found by the government, at the age of 12, inside of a bar playing a strange game he calls Quintan and talking about the people around him. Every time authorities tried to ID him, he would just leave. Not disappear into smoke or vanish, just walk out the door saying "You are wasting my time".
  
  He once worked as private detective on an inner-galaxy dwarf-planet named Nevik. Nevik was a bustling city dwarf-planet, with most buildings being 30+ stories high and all natural flora and fauna in zoos. He worked cases that involved gang violence and gang related crimes. On one of these cases he outed one of the upper leaders of society and in doing so, was framed for the murder of family from the projects. He fled the planet he was protecting and is now considered an intergalactic terrorist. However, despite all of this, he has no hard feelings or resentment towards their system, however corrupt it may be. It worked and he should have never messed with it. Or atleast that is what he believes.
  
  Arnaldo has the ability to essentially be brought to life multiple times due to an experimental way of healing. On the planet of Likan Prime, Arnaldo was sent with a mercenary task force to take out a quantum entanglement reactor, a revolutionary form of acquiring energy, used by rebel fighters during the ongoing civil war of the planet. Payed by the government, Arnaldo went in. After going through corridors and rooms for hours, only him and a close friend were left. Once they found the reactor they were told to shut it off by cutting the power. As Arnaldo went to cut the power by himself, he was ambushed and accidentally discharged his weapon, hitting the reactor. This single bullet caused a massive explosion that was thought to kill him and his bestfriend. Waking up later, he found out that his "friend" was working as a full government agent and wasn't just some mercenary. When Arnaldo first accepted this job, the Likan government looked him up. Realizing he was a wanted terrorist, they plotted his assassination. Their plan was to use a team of soldiers and disguise them as mercenaries, working the same case as Arnaldo. From there they were supposed to infiltrate the plant and destroy the reactor. But before they destroy the reactor, they were told to kill Arnaldo. Arnaldo, furious upon learning all of this, thought to himself "This what you get for opening up again". Arnaldo then tried to struggle his way out, to only find out he was set as an experiment. During the reactor blast, him and his "partner" were quantumly entangled, so the scientist wanted to conduct tests, starting with organ rearrangement. What they had found out is that any part of Arnaldo could be instantly changed if his consciousness willed it to and if he had the provided cell. They would then rearrange the existing cells into stem cells, using the specialized parts of the cells as extra nutrients for Arnaldo, essentially making it so that they, from a distance, could instantly repair Arnaldo, if he willed it, and if he wanted to get rid of a body part. The same was not true about his "partner". He was stuck in a comatosed vegetative state constantly. Arnaldo then made his escape from the facility and onto the nearest ship that could get him out of there. On his way out, he was shot in the knee cap, severing an artery. Then the scientists took notice. In exchange for his freedom and life, he was to give up one of his body parts as a test. He agreed and got rid of his left eye. Arnaldo now walks as a deathless man and as a lab rat.
