    A short, stocky man with the markings and fins of a white spotted puffer, with a considerable amount of padded muscle. He wears raggedy cloth pants that he claims he made himself (but most likely found somewhere) and is rarely seen in a shirt or shoes. Unlike most other merfolk, has minimal webbing between his fingers, but he has a two foot long tail that ends in a fanned fin as well as finned ears.
