• Specialty Powers

  Enhanced Durability || Nuum's physical durability (ability to endure/resist damage) is extremely high, allowing him to take numerous blows of internal or external assaults before succumbing to the effects. He can withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, virtually all toxins, corrosives, punctures, and concussions without sustaining injury.
  Limitations
  - Since this ability isn't the same as Invulnerability, he can only take so much damage before it finally takes an effect.
  
  Enhanced Strength || Nuummite can further defy weight limitations of other, more average gems. Dense, lengthy, or overweight items are easy to move and simple to use in nearly any manner. Nuum can crush, lift, throw, or catch items of great weight.
  Limitations
  - Balance, gravity, and mass still affect him.
  - May damage environment/other people without meaning or noticing.
  - Strength is not unlimited.
  
  Immortality || Like all gems, Nuummite is considered immortal by default as he does not age. If his physical form becomes damaged enough, he will retreat into his gemstate in order to heal and recover. If his gem becomes cracked, in which case he would be unable to heal or recover, he suffers from endless amounts of pain and has a high chance of becoming corrupt. However, only if his gem is completely shattered, Nuum will not die. Shattered gem shards usually remain sentient, but only as various body parts and would not be considered "Nuummite" any longer.
  Limitations
  - Gem is fragile and can still be cracked or shattered.
  
  Shapeshifting || All gems are able to shapeshift. Gems are able to shapeshift into any form they desire from an animal to an object, to even a mirror image of another human or gem being. Using this power, gems are able to be whatever and look however they want. They are able to change their looks or their clothing at will, though they usually only temporary changes. If they want to make a long term change to their bodies, they must wait for such changes until they are regenerating from their gems.
  Limitations
  - Any temporary shapeshift will be reverted to normal after a short while.
  - Attempting to stay in shapeshifted form will strain the physical form and likely cause damage.
  - Can not change into a form with more mass than original form. (But can be a form with less mass by storing mass into his gem)
  
  Summoning || Another basic gem power is the ability to summon items out of, as well as storing items, inside their gems. Like all gems, Nuummite keeps his weapon tucked inside his gem. Nuum sometimes keeps and stores other various items in his gem, though all items remain dormant until he needs to use them.
  Limitations
  - Can not store extremely large items inside his gem that would not fit. His weapon is the only exception.
  - Storage is not unlimited, but it's still a very large pocket in space.
  - If he shatters, all of his stored materials will be lost forever.
  
  Superhuman Abilities || Gems superhuman abilities defer from gem to gem, but some of them are common in most. Gems are usually shown to have greater strength than the average human, as they are far from being human, they are strong like the rocks they are. Their bodies are incredibly resistant to damage, and most demonstrate a high threshold for pain. As gems lack the need to rest, it is possible that they have unlimited stamina. Gems also have an immunity to Earth diseases, as they are not human or organic in such ways, they can not get sick.
  Limitations
  - May still be effected with sickness through magical or mental attacks.
