asdfghjDaxton was born to a normal American family, his mother Camila Vernier was born already in America but her parents were from Italy which made Daxton bilingual - fluent in not only English but also Italian. She met his father Frank Richmond when she was in high school and they were together for years, living together but not married because of a low financial status.
asdfghjWhen Daxton was born, his father needed money for providing his family because his work as an electrician wasn't enough so he turned to gambling but Camila quickly found out and made him stop because he lost more money than he earned. She threatened to leave him and move to live with her parents. He stopped gambling but ever since then, their relationship wasn't the same and filled with arguments. He started drinking and she was afraid to tell the truth to her parents because they had always predicted that Frank was bad news. Sometimes when he was drunk and they started an argument he would slap her, but nothing more. She hid the red marks from Daxton but he was smart enough to put things together and when he told his mother about finding out, she made him promise her that he would stay silent when they visit his grandparents. He never told anyone and his father got a little sense into himself when Camila became pregnant once again, Daxton was already 10 years old.
asdfghjAfter his sister was born, his father got even more frustrated with money because now he had two kids to take care of. The drinking resurfaced and he got more aggressive, the slaps occurred more often than before and he would occasionally hit his mother in places where no one would notice, but Daxton wasn't oblivious to this.
asdfghjWhen his sister Lottie was already three years old, Frank came home late, smelling like he spent the whole day in the pub, which he did and verbally attacked Camila. He was pissed because he was fired and blamed everything on Camila, he had beaten her quite severely. Daxton was watching from the door, he wanted to fight back when his mother couldn't but Camila shook her head and forbade him to do anything. He didn't cry or anything, just stood there silently until Frank got to the worst part of himself. He said how he even stopped drinking for her and her little stupid son, but then she had to give birth to that girl. He started blaming the three years old Lottie for his problems and when he moved to Lottie's room, hands balled into fists, Camila screamed at him and clutched his legs but was too weak to stop him from doing something he would regret his whole life, Daxton sprung into action. He ran to the entrance hall and rummaged through the drawer where his father kept his small pistol and took it. He aimed it at his father who was now shouting at the crying Lottie with a pillow in his hands. He was too drunk to notice that Daxton didn't even know how to take the safety off. He got scared and it took Daxton barely a minute to force him out of the house.
asdfghjFrank returned two days later, sober, and Camila would let him back into their lives but Daxton, even if he was only 13, didn't allow it and reasoned with his mother who then let Frank take his stuff and that was it. They weren't even married and the house was the property of her parents so Frank had no reason to stay where he was unwanted. The incident never reached the police or Camila's parents. She wanted to forget it and told her parents only about Frank's alcoholism, they made her life a living hell afterwards, telling her how right they were about him from the beginning.
asdfghjCamila was too proud to accept any help, besides keeping the house, and started working two jobs. In the morning, she would leave Lottie with their neighbour and then after school, Daxton would take care of her. Camila was rarely home so Daxton adopted the role of Lottie's father and brother as well. He took her to kindergarten every morning, and then home every day. He made her food, played with her and later helped her study, all that while studying for school himself and remaining a perfect straight As student. He was great at sports, especially running, but he was considered the school's most talented sportsman when it came to being good at everything and he also competed in everything, from basketball to jumping to distance. He was also talented when it came to physics, something good he got from his father.
asdfghjThanks to all his hard work, he got a scholarship and became an engineer. During his graduation year, the CIA was doing a special recruitment in the best universities and he was chosen for his spotless grades, degree in engineering, bilingualism and his nice records in sports competitions. It seemed like a great opportunity and he accepted it. CIA training was hard but hard could be considered Daxton's middle name, even with the huge competition, he finished the training with admirable results. He excelled in long-range shooting and was accepted into the CIA ranks as a professional sniper and served as backup on the rooftops during missions.
asdfghjHe had several successful missions done, was fluent in Italian and was an engineer, which were the valuable skills that made him adept for a long-term undercover mission. He exchanged goodbyes with his mother and sister. They were now at a much better social and financial standing since he worked hard and sent them money every month so that his sister could live comfortably even if he was no longer around. She was 16 when he went undercover at the age of 26. Thanks to him, she got into a prestigious music school. Lottie was worried about him, but he assured her that it would be fine because he was trained for this.
asdfghjCIA gave him four weeks to prepare and bought him a one-way ticket to Italy. There, he had to get into the character of an Italian engineer who moved to America to smuggle drugs through the US-Mexican border in cars that he fixed. Now he was returning to Italy because the DEA was on his tail. Daxton had no problems with the Italian accent and he blamed the lack of it for years in America. He learned some Spanish during high school which he could use to assure the Italian drug cartel of trading with Mexicans. He could also speak German with ease so the CIA provided him with an escape route and safe house in Germany if things went wrong or if he was exposed. Daxton shaved his usual stubble, grew longer hair and a mustache so he wouldn't be so easily recognized. His contact was an undercover Italian cop Romano Torelli who was already in the cartel for three years and a trusted member. When the cartel began smuggling drugs to Florida, the CIA became concerned and sent Daxton. Torelli was responsible for bringing him in and suggesting a new way of smuggling in cars as Daxton's cover was doing in America. The cartel boss was reluctant but he trusted Torelli so he listened to him and let Daxton into their business.
asdfghjDuring the time of working together against the cartel undercover, Daxton and Romano became good friends. For six weeks, everything ran as it was supposed to, Daxton was planning a big bust when the cartel boss was going to be doing trade himself. No one suspected a thing. He and Torelli planned it together but Torelli was since long ago working with the cartel boss, earning money off the side. He was a double agent and that was why the Italian police could never stop the drug trade.
asdfghjEverything was running smoothly, Daxton, as planned, made his way out of sight with an unquestionable excuse and the cops as backup were about to show up any second. Of course, it was Torelli who dealt with Italian police so Daxton had no idea that no one was coming. Daxton was waiting in his hiding spot but quickly became suspicious when police still hadn't arrived. While he was in his cover, the cartel finished the job and quickly left, Torelli was now exposed. He made his way to Daxton who was still oblivious so he didn't have time to defend himself when Torelli stabbed him in his abdomen after apologizing for doing it, but he was a trusted member of the cartel before ever being Daxton's friend. He left him there, thinking that he would simply bleed to death.
asdfghjDaxton was determined to live so that Torelli would face justice for betraying him and the police. He put pressure on his wound and with great agony, put himself together and stumbled into the nearest building - a gas station, where he ignored the screams and went straight for the phone. He called the Italian police captain on his personal phone and quickly summed up what had gone down before collapsing. One customer who was hiding behind the racks heard the whole phone call and made the gas station owner call an ambulance.
asdfghjDaxton survived and returned to America. He wanted to stay to capture Torelli but that was now a job for the Italian police and he had orders to return. He got six weeks off duty and was promoted thanks to his heroic actions. He didn't see why because ultimately, the undercover mission wasn't successful but the director insisted on it since he was afterwards able to highly contribute to identifying the cartel members and their duties within the organization. After he resumed working, he was assigned his own special missions, most often he had to retrieve devices and similar things, because of his engineering field and he quickly proved to be the perfect choice for stealth missions.
asdfghjDaxton continued working hard until he ended up in a hospital again. Nothing would be different but at that exact time, Romano arrived in the States, making Daxton a little paranoid. As soon as he healed from the last mission, he tried to find Romano for the last time and bring him to justice. However, Romano knew that would happen and outsmarted Daxton, taking his little sister hostage. Daxton managed to save her before she was hurt and Romano was killed, although not by Daxton.
